UH-1N Twin Huey converted to a Canadian CH-146

The Italeri kit was converted as per Belcher's instructions. It is done as a base rescue from Cold Lake's 417 Squadron.

Resin parts included resin seats, transmission, wire cutters, GPS sensor, blade position sensor, rescue hoist and rotor hub. Control arms made from brass wire and RWR mounts made from stretched sprue.  

Leading Edge and Arrow Graphics decals were used.  As well, the trim tabs on the rotor blades (which were resin as well) were added using some Evergreen stock.  

Masking tape belts were added to the crew compartment seats and snow skis were added to the skids using Evergreen plastic.  The rest of kit was assembled as per kit instructions.
