This is my recently completed Ziroli Corsair.

It has a 93" wingspan and weighs 36Lbs (16 Kgs). It is powered by a Brison 5.8 cubic inch engine turning a 26x10 prop. I'm waiting for the proper weather and a big dose of courage to come along.  I've had two other giant scale Corsairs so I'm not too worried about the way this one will fly.

Late breaking addition to Article.....
To date the Corsair has been flown three times. It flies very well and very fast. Up high I did slow speed stall tests by dropping flaps (47 degrees) and reducing throttle and adding elevator until a stall occurred. It gently dropped the left wing. I did the same again with the gear and flaps down and at stall only the nose dropped this time without a wing dipping. With full flaps, the landings are very easy. I haven't tried a no flaps landing.
