Factually, it was my last build from 2010, but I was busy to perform this article; until now…

Two of my “my first” went to the paper basket with this model:

         My first biplane…

         My first Eduard Kit…

Now the model is in the hands of my childhood friend, Francisco, who lives in Barcelona, as an engineer and successful amateur photographer… We built some models together when we were kids…J

The construction was pretty straight forward, thanks to the great fit and clear instruction booklet… I used some tips from the Black Dog resin set, also…  That allows me to try new techniques for painting and detailing, like the wood grain in the airframe… or the rigging with stretched sprue… All this with the help of the WWI modeller Mr. Diego Fernetti, from Rosario…

And, the other special thanks to Mr. Leonardo A. Carrizo, from HobbiesLC... A local E-Shop who puts a lot of effort to bring us really cool stuff… He forwards almost everything for aircraft modelling, for Argentina & South America, and representing brands like Master Model or CMR… He is really cool people...!!!

Thanks…
