What if the KLM would sponsor an ex Iraqi Seafury for the Reno Air Races?  Would it look like this!

Kit is one of the three PM Seafurys.  To imitate the KLM colours I used Humbrol paints No 48 Mediterranean blue and no 40 pale grey.  And various decals from different planes.  I built this model in 2010.

The front canopy was not added "to reduce drag" and to give it a more speedy look.

At the bottom of my article you will see the three Seafury kits from PM in 1/72.  They are cheap, but also a bit rough.  For the KLM Seafury the T/61 was used.
