"Black George"

These are pictures of a F4U-2N using the excellent tamiya kit with Verlinden cockpit and rudder and Aires left gunbay.  The gunbay gave some hard time and a lot of putty, maybe because I cut to much plastic from the wing, but also cause the structure line a bit different between the gunbay and the wing.

The Verlinden cockpit doesn't worst it, cause the Tamiya cockpit is already excellent. Of course, Verlinden made this one more accurate than Tamiya, but after in the fuselage, you cannot really see the difference.

Paint as Tamiya instruction sheet and classic weathering + oil.
