This is my first
Spitfire and ICM model. I love that aircraft since I watched a TV drama series,
broadcasted around 80's. 'A piece of cake' Story of a squadron called Hornet.

So this Spitfire
does
not belong to that squadron shown on the TV series but it's time build a one.
I bought
that model in New Zealand while I was visiting the last December. Also I visit
ChrishtChurch Airforce museum. After my return I started to build it.
My first
opinion was build a very detailed with after market extras.
The ICM kit is very detailed and I
decided to built straight out of box. It comes with engine, gun bay and their
extra doors.

I have finished my Spitfire with
decals from the box. Spirit of Kent. I enjoyed during building and I hope so you
