Here's some photos on my 1/48 Academy Polikarpov I-16.  I decided to finish of my I-16 in the popular winter camo scheme wash used by the soviets on their  aircraft during the winter.   

The winter camo was quickly applied to the aircraft in the field and often the white paint would wear off during winter operations showing the underlying summer camo scheme and markings.  This is not the easiest paint scheme to use but I like the look of it.  

And of course it has skis instead of wheels for the landing gear.
