Here's my second
model on ARC, my first one was the 1/72 F-16 General Dynamics by Tamiya. I would say
that this kit is quite a good one from Academy. The part fit very well with a little putty
required for the seamlines, except occasional height problems. Again, this kit was built OOB, no aftermarket details were used, everything is
used from the kit, including the decals.
I plan to build this
model simple, cockpit was sprayed black, drybrushed silver on the instrument
panels (results were excellent). This kit contained many tiny and thin parts,
but I lost some parts in the progress...lol

Painting was mainly done using
industrial spray paint. Colors used was Dark Green for the main body, Flat Black
for rotors, and Silver. Some areas were also handpainted with Gunze Aqueous
Acrylic Paint (Burnt Iron), like the gun at the bottom, and the engine rear
area. I then masked the canopy again and coated the whole kit with flat top
coat.
Decals were quite thick, needs a
fair amount of decal softener for it to conform to the kits details/panel lines.
For this build, I only used a few decals, did not want the kit to look to
fanciful.
I like the outcome of the kit, I
hope you like it too. =D
